From the Charter of the Association

4. Members of the Society, their rights, and obligations.

4.1. Any natural or legal person can become a member of the Association who undertakes to contribute to the achievement of the Association's goal by their actions and means by submitting a signed application to the Board. The application form and the list of documents are attached to it established by the board.

4.2. The decision on admitting a member to the Association made by the Board, which must consider the applicant's application during the next meeting, but no later than within three months from the date of receipt of all the necessary documents. It is necessary to invite the applicant himself to the meeting of the board at which the applicant's application is considered and give him the floor to express his opinion. The failure of the applicant to appear is not an obstacle to the decision of the board. The motivated decision of the board in writing must be communicated to the applicant within a week from the date of its adoption. The applicant may appeal against a decision rejected by the board in writing to the meeting of members. If the meeting of members also rejects the applicant's request, the applicant has not taken a decision on the member of the Association. A repeated application for admission to the Association can be submitted no earlier than one year later.

4.3. A member of the Association can withdraw from the Association at any time by notifying the board of directors in writing.

4.4. A member of the Association can be expelled from the Association by decision of the Board in the following cases:

4.4.1. the member has not paid membership fees for more than 1 (one) year;

4.4.2. the member does not comply with the decisions of the meeting of members and the board;

4.4.3. the member does not fulfill his duties and obligations;

4.4.4. the member performs other activities that contradict those established by this charter;

4.4.5. a member's actions contradict the goals of the Association and/or harm the image and reputation of the Association.

4.5. The chairman of the board considers the issue of expelling a member of the Association during the next meeting, inviting the partner to be switched off and giving him the floor to express his opinion. The absence of the expelled member is not an obstacle to making a decision by the board. The decision of the management board to expel a member from the Association and the motivation for this decision must be communicated to the expelled member within five days from the date of its adoption.

4.6. The rights of a member of the Association:

4.6.1. participate in all events and meetings of the Association, put forward proposals, and discuss the issues raised;

4.6.2. to participate in the elections of the management and audit bodies of the Association, to nominate oneself or another candidate, and to be elected to the management and audit structures of the Association;

4.6.3. get acquainted and receive information about the Association and its activities;

4.6.4. work freely in other societies and institutions;

4.6.5. freely leave the Association at any time with a written application to the Board.

4.7. Duties of a member of the Association:

4.7.1. comply with the Charter, fulfill decisions and obligations adopted by the executive structure of the Association;

4.7.2. actively participate in the activities of the Association, in achieving its goals;

4.7.3. pay membership fees on a regular basis in accordance with the procedure established by the board;

4.7.4. observe the confidential information regime on the activities of the Association established by the general meeting;

4.7.5. avoid actions and not allow inaction that is deliberately harmful to Association;

4.7.6. deliberately not interfere with the achievement of the goals of the Association.

4.8. Obligations to a member of the Association may be established by a decision of a general meeting of members, a meeting of representatives, or the board. In determining the obligations of a member that differ from those of other members, the consent of that member is required.

4.9. Each member of the Association \\\\\\has one vote at a meeting of members.

4.10. All official messages and information are transmitted to members in writing (including SMS, e-mail, personal messages of social networks, and smartphone applications), in accordance with the contact list of members developed by the board. If the invitation is sent in electronic form, it is assumed that it is received on the next business day from the date of sending. If the invitation is sent by mail, it is assumed that it was received 7 working days after it was sent.

8. Membership fees

8.1. Members of the Association pay membership fees once a year

8.2. The volume of membership fees of the Association is determined by the decision of the Board of the Association

9. Association programs

9.1. Regional development programs and people's investments, which are developed by the Association and approved by the Board of the Association, are mandatory for all members of the Association.

9.2. Members of the Association can independently familiarize themselves with the developed program and independently, at their own expense, conduct an independent examination of the program.

9.3. Members of the Association have the right to make substantiated proposals on any changes in the program developed by the Association.

9.4. Proposals for changes in the programs of the Association considered by the Board of the Association within a week.

If it is impossible to make a decision, the board transfers this issue to the general meeting of members.
